Printify: Print on Demand

It really needs a better editor. A version of word art is not even available. Straight font and you still need an external editor to make anything other than basic fonts.

Attention to detail is important. Should be easier to save created images and templates. Not at all consistent or intuitive.

I spent $300 on their yearly subscription but they still charge me $30 each month. I tell them to promise to stop but they do it anyway. They've given back the money once. But they do have a lot of items. It just really sucks, EVERY MONTH. STOP IT

I designed all my products in Printify and I can’t log into my original store. Support gave me a guide but nothing works so I can’t log out. I just designed an awesome hoodie and sent out an email campaign and I can’t even go to my shop to publish it. This is all extremely frustrating and there’s no one at Printify helping me. This is the third day since I realized my Shopify and Printify won’t connect. I’m not sure if I’ve talked to a human and I’m really trying. This is ridiculous.

POS App. I submitted a File for DTF Printing on a Onesie. I work with DTF daily, my customer received a blurry DTG print. Looks like crap. I reach out and send a pic from my customer and they say send another pic. the pic I sent clearly shows the horrible print quality. they are ripping me off and I'll never use this crap app again

The app needs to add more product selection like pens, bigger notebooks, etc. But so far, I am very satisfied with the app.

Absolutely the worst print on demand system there is. I have tried so many times to use this but just keep going back to Printful. The shipping, profit and everything else about the Printify system is terrible. I gave it one star as they have a decent range of products but not useful if impossible to setup correctly. I have close to 8 stores so not new at this and I would pick Printful every single time. Sadly I just heard that both companies are merging so I hope they just trash the current system.

The company has destroyed my finances and business. I have talked to chat 8 times in 9 days as I have been locked dout of my account. There are 1400 files and 620 products that are at risk of losing. I have spent 13 months alone working on buildingthis and due to a second Shopify store that I had opened in December 2025, it intercepted with log-ins and Printify (even with more tech API access than I will ever have) is unable to help me gain access. I can log in SOMETIMES for 10 seconds but I am booted out after. I can not believe such a lucrative company has affected a cusromer and their business to this extreme. I am turning matters over to a lawyer at this point. To demonstrate the broken system they use with clients- next to this review it says my business name and Printify account name and 7 months using. I have had this since 11/2024. Lastly, my Printify was ok in reguards to me able to gain access and use the app, but I was tired of having to keep spending 20-45 min each time I logged in using a different device and several security measures or error messages that were incorrect and should not have been an error becaus eI was using my real log ins, and I brought this matter to Printify attention. Asked to please remove all emails and Shopifys associated to these files and designs and lets get this straight once and for all and after that email, that night there were zero products. I was upset and contacted them first time on Live Chat. After that everything went down from there. I believe it might be intentional at this point as my agents will be in middle of clocking out from their shift after working on the matter together and they abruplty leave or they argue about screenshots that I can see compared to what they are looking at live, or they allow me access while on Live chat and when chat ends, I am blocked and my screen logs me out and I can not get back in. It is a revolving and grossly noticible pattern.

The Shopify- Printify model makes POD a reality for our photographic business. A day learning curve and we were off to the races! Glitch free keeps the process of creating and publishing flowing!...Dig the app for a seamless hookup to Shopify!

I think this app works well with beginners and well experienced, more seasoned, online experts. In some areas I believe the product line is a little slim. What I mean by that is the fact that it could use a little more variety in areas of interest. For example, there are only so many shoes to choose from, and the extent of it. When there could be more of a variation of footwear. This is why I say it works well. There are other apps out there that have bits and pieces of what Printify has overall, to say the least. But I think Printify is more established and consistent with room to grow and expand on.

I’ve had a great experience using Printify for my print-on-demand business. The platform is easy to use, integrates smoothly with Shopify, and offers a wide variety of high-quality products. The mockup generator makes designing super simple, and I love the flexibility of choosing from multiple print providers. Customer service is responsive whenever I’ve needed support.
