Nevertheless, it took me some time to become fully proficient. With the rise of practical AI-powered assistants like Sidekick, adding such a support feature would lower the barrier to entry and make the app even easier to adopt.

I cannot recommend this app enough. We have used it for years now and they NEVER let us down. Their customer service is hard to beat. They always help way beyond what you would expect. Their system works perfectly, and it is easy to use on your own without involving them if you don't want too.

This app is very user friendly and if you can't figure it out they will help you quickly. We have been using this app for about 6 months now and it always works. We added a second printer with packing labels recently and they helped us every step of the way. I could not be more happy with how this works and the customer service.

Absolutely love this app. Super flexible and great for automation, does exactly what we need for a Florist business with a large amount of custom orders to pick and pack every day. The main user of it day-to-day in the business is an older gentleman with no complaints or issues. Support is super fast and helpful. Highly recommend.

Not great at all. Sluggish designer, tests don't work, rules don't work. wasted hours of my life trying to get it to work.

This is an amazing app with great customer service. Creating and downloading Invoices is super easy and has all the features I need and if not, I contact them and they either make the option available or give me instructions on how to implement it. Definitely recommend!

It's such a simple concept, but this tool is SOOO powerful! I was able to completely customize the order sheets that printout with important data from our custom product tool. It's cut down on our order fulfillment time significantly. I can't recommend this product enough.
