Very easy to setup, super intuitive, and great customer service. Julian was so helpful and worked with us to make the theme look great for the app pages. We love the simplicity, especially the tax settings, tags, and ability to easily track wholesale customers.

The set up videos are a fantastic resource and made installation and setup a breeze and the app is feature rich. Almost everything I needed and for a decent price. Unfortunately, it doesn't include minimum total at checkout, despite the minimum orders of each item. The same company has an app to cover this but as yet the two are not compatible. Jake tells me this is on the way. It may be too late for me this time around but once that's available I think this would be an amazing app.

Honestly, customer support could not have been better. Julian was incredibly helpful. I appreciate everything he did to try to make this work for me.

Unfortunately, in the end, the discounts just wouldn't work right. No matter what I did, one discount would work, but when products with a different discount were added to the cart, they either showed no discount, or the wrong one. I spent countless hours on this, and I feel like it's something I did, but not being a programmer, I just couldn't figure it out. Maybe one of these days I'll be able to offer wholesale on my site, but today's just not it.

I wholeheartedly encourage others to try this app though. Chances are, you'll be able to get it to work.

Setting up wholesale pricing used to be a headache. Now, we just approve a customer, assign their discount, and they get a completely custom experience.
