The product fills a gap in the Shopify ecosystem well. The tech support for the app is excellent, the team were able to solve our issues and get the website working. Would recommend.

We are very satisfied with the customization possibilities, with options that are both flexible and varied, perfectly meeting our needs. The "conditional logic" feature is particularly powerful and adds real value.

We did encounter some difficulties when trying to include certain options in emails and invoices, but the support team was extremely responsive and dedicated. They were able to guide us effectively and provide all the solutions we needed.

Five stars really isn't enough here. The closest thing I can think of to my feeling when I found this app is the feeling of someone lost in the desert for days, desperately thirsty, and suddenly finding water. When I started using the app, it wasn't just water; it was pure, cool water, as if it were flowing from the purest and best springs in the mountains. I'm not saying it solved all my problems, but rather solved problems that had been postponed for me to find solutions. Despite that, it's a lightweight, fast app that doesn't burden the site, doesn't create any products in the background, or require any modifications to the store. So far, it's perfect for me, and I'm going to replace all the apps I use with apps produced by this company. To make this app even more amazing and useful, it's backed by a wonderful, open-minded support team that is ready to respond to you and find solutions to the fullest extent, especially Mr. Ashwin. Thank you to the company that designed this app and thank you for the wonderful technical support.

The only thing can be a bit overwhelming is the HUGE ammount of options they have, but that's really a good thing! Usually you find apps that are really short on features, to try and make you buy a high tier. But this one is really extra-packed on their Middle-Tier (only having 3, one being free)

Really, 100% recommended, It does what it says it does.

Great customer service and does what it sets out to do. This allows me to get rid of some of the custom coding for custom fields on the site. The POS addon is in beta and still needs a bit of polish, but they're responsive and I expect it to get better every release.

Best app for the right price, I tried almost all the apps but this has the best features for best price, Support is helpful too, Best feature is that it allows products as options so I am able to show my inventory to customers as an option that the can select.

We tried a number of different product options apps as we have quite complicated products and needed to be able to create specific pricing rules. The functionality of this app was far, far better than any of the others we tried. Adding pricing increases doesn't add extra products or extra variants to the customer basket as it does on most other apps and the lookup tables work perfectly for being able to create complicated pricing rules. On top of this the service was amazing, Swathiswaroop was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help with formatting formulas and answer our many questions!
