The support was so good with me, they answer first about the request, and after with the solution.
Helen it was perfect in her job!

I was given a lot of help from Helen. She didn't let me be forgotten. I'm happy with the support I got. I'm not able to put my customized item in the cart for some reason, when I charge a fee for the customization. But if I leave it off it all works great. I'm very happy with how it makes my product page look.

This app was pretty slick, and the free options are amazing. I actually got live support tout de suite, too! Rosie who helped me was amazing, knowledgeable and quick! It was a no-brainer to upgrade the app to the paid version.

I just started offering personalized engraving on my site and needed to offer more variants/options than Shopify offers. Shopify suggested Globo. Helen and her team were quick to respond and help me activate my account. They used my brand hex color and kept everything on brand. I couldn't recommend this app more. It relieved a massive headache for me!

I have to admit I am still in the testing stages, but I almost have it set up the way I want it and so far everything seems to be working exactly as I had envisioned. I have fought with Shopify since 2017 looking for something that would allow me to add indefinite options in a way that would make it easy for my customers to order and allow me to choose specific products for each template. Not being able to do so has basically paralyzed me with frustration. This is the answer to my dreams. And ... I can't wait to get my website updated and start actually sending customers to it.

Helen offered wonderful, quick and accurate customer service. Was a please to do business with. The Globo Product Variant has been easy to use.
