I just began on Shopify and can't believe how much more sales I've had thanks to Product Upsell. It's paid for itself ten times over!
I never leave poor reviews, but this app is bad, like really bad - like I wish I could rate it -5 Stars bad. I'm shocked there are so many positive reviews, because I've had nothing but 100% problems and bugs.
I have a long email thread between me and customer service, I've given them access to our store's back office, have had several of their 'gurus' take a look and even they can't figure it out. I'm not sure if there gurus are actual developers or random panhandlers picked from the streets. There's nothing special about our theme, and I disabled all third-party apps too. The app never works correctly and the UI/UX is so outdated you'll feel like you're surfing the web when the internet first came out #throwback
Overall, this app is about as bad as it gets.

I love apps from Bold and this is no exception. Again, another highly suited app for my store which allows me to easily integrate gift wrapping and greeting card options with normal products to be sent as gifts.
A very simple yet powerful App. Product Upsell has helped us sell hundreds of product protection plans to customers who purchase large quantities on our store.
Review used to be a 5, now it's a 3. Was told my urgent request would be fixed right away and come to find out it was never fixed. It's now been over 24 hours and I'm being told it will be 2-3 more days.
Great app! Stoked to have my query answered by phone and email almost immediately. We most certainly will be trying out all there other apps.
We're using UpSell right now and it works GREAT!
