Even with very simple images, the creatives still represent the product really well. Nothing feels over-edited or off which is rare. With the 7-day free trial, it’s definitely worth giving a try.

I rarely leave one-star reviews, but my experience with Promify AI Marketing has been an absolute nightmare. As an e-commerce owner, I’m more than happy to pay a $99/month subscription for tools that deliver value, but this app is fundamentally broken.

Here is why you should stay away:

Critical Functional Flaws: The app limits you to creating ads for only one product at a time. After spending over $1,000 in ad spend with zero conversions, I tried to switch products to test a different strategy. However, the system only allows you to "pause" ads, not delete them. Because of this rigid setup, I am effectively locked out of using the software I’m paying for.

Inflexible & Primitive AI Generation: This is where it gets truly frustrating. I attempted to provide the tool with alternative white-background images to improve the output, and I even emailed these assets to their support team directly. None of it worked. The AI ignored my input and simply kept cycling through variations of my product's primary image. For a tool claiming to use "AI for marketing," the total lack of creative control is unacceptable.

Non-existent Customer Service: This is the most frustrating part. I sent my new creative assets and a specific request to delete/reset the current ads so I could continue testing. Zero replies. They are happy to collect my $99 subscription fee, but when it comes to supporting a customer who is burning a $1,000+ ad budget through their platform, they are ghosts.

Summary: I’ve lost over $1,100 ($99 sub + $1,000+ ad spend) with zero ROI and zero support. It’s a half-baked tool with a premium price tag and a total lack of accountability. Save your money and your sanity—look elsewhere.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the delay. We located your emails in our filtered spam folder following this review and deeply regret the oversight.

As a growing platform, we are actively refining our features, including the single-product constraint you mentioned. Your feedback is being prioritized by our engineering team. Regarding the creative assets, please note that Promify is an AI-driven tool; assets must be uploaded directly through the app interface to sync with the AI engine, as manual emails to our support staff cannot be processed by the algorithm.

We want to make this right. Is there any specific campaign reset or technical issue we can assist you with immediately? Please let us know, and we will prioritize your account.

Charged me $99 USD outside of Shopify terms and conditions, Even though i never used the app and cancelled and removed it the next day. It is advertised as Free it is not. They returned my email as soon as this review went up and refunded my money so all good in the end. Just time consuming.

An ambitious app whose concept I really like. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to put it into practice because my Facebook and Instagram accounts have been blocked for the second time. This always happens after I connect Proxify and add funds to my Facebook account. The block is permanent, and the only way to get a refund is through legal action. I’ll be happy to update my review if I manage to get Proxify working.

This is a great concept but this app needs alot of work before it is worth the price they are charging for it. You can only have campaigns running for one product at a time and getting the ads to stop on Meta is almost impossible without cancelling your subscription all together. You have to email customer service for things that should be basic and available, then they don't do anything for days. I'm not sure I would even use this app for free let alone pay $100/mo for it. To make things worse, after 6-weeks running a campaign I had zero sales from the ads even after spending hundreds on ads with Meta.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration. Our team exchanged 6 detailed emails with you to resolve a Meta API error tied to your personal ad account. We recommended the industry-standard professional setup to bypass these system restrictions, but we respect your decision to uninstall. We wish you the best with your store.

I was initially drawn to this service because it was promoted as "free." However, after investing time and effort, I discovered that submitting ads requires a $99 subscription fee—something that wasn't made clear upfront. This bait-and-switch tactic feels misleading and frustrating.

To make matters worse, I reached out to their support team for clarification, but I never received a response. The lack of communication and transparency is incredibly disappointing. If you're considering this service, be prepared for hidden costs and non-existent customer support.

Avoid Promify. Our ad campaign stopped after just 12 hours, and support has been completely silent for four days. Unreliable service and zero accountability.

Hi,the campaign interruption was caused by a temporary sync issue between our system and the ad platform.
Our engineering team is reviewing the logs and stabilizing the connection. We’ll reach out directly to ensure everything runs properly.

I never had the chance to actually try the service. After starting the free trial, I began the setup process through the AI. When it came time to publish the campaign on my Meta Ads account, an issue occurred. From that point on, everything got stuck in a loop where it was impossible to publish, restart, or delete the process.

Following the AI’s own suggestion, I contacted customer support, which—among other things—uses a Gmail address, not exactly the height of professionalism. Six days have passed, the trial has expired, and I have received neither a response nor a solution.

Definitely not a service worth paying $99 per month for.

Didn’t expect the creative tools to be this good. I used to spend a fair bit on designers, but Promify now gives me plenty of usable ads in minutes. Saves money, saves time. Can’t complain.
