We've used many package protection apps, to me, this one has been the best experience. The founding team communicates quicker than anyone I have worked with before. It's installed within our backend so we don't need to go to another site to access and see claims - makes my teams life a bit easier.

I highly recommend the app, they have made solid improvements with our complicated checkout.
