Puding helps merchants run a points-based loyalty program with customer rewards, redemption options, membership perks, and order-aware points activity.

Puding connects a merchant's Shopify store to their Puding loyalty account. Merchants can configure ways to earn, ways to redeem, and membership perks in Puding, then show those rewards in their online store through the Puding theme extension. The Shopify integration keeps customer and order activity aligned with the loyalty program. Customers can see their points, redeem eligible rewards, and use supported discount rewards from the storefront experience. Order edits, cancellations, refunds, and paid orders are handled by the integration so points activity can stay consistent with Shopify activity. Merchants should create or use a Puding account, connect Shopify, enable the theme extension, and configure their rewards from the Puding dashboard.
