The settings keep going out and losing out on sales because the integration with the store is not working properly. I have to reach out to customers to confirm locker locations and have to set up API key over and over. I'm not sure if it was an update, but its not working right. Also i dont think the guide for integration is updated.
Completely broken since the current upgrade.
Shopify should insist that so developers thoroughly test apps all the time and especially when they upgrade their systems.

It's not a sleek app integration with lots of time consuming manual work to make it work. Made a mistake with a booking? Send an email - you can't cancel or change the booking yourself before the courier comes (unlike BobGo). App not working? Send an email to some hard to find email address that bounces and then complain on Facebook until someone responds and helps.
Really outdated and no support, tried to email support@pudo.co.za with no response from any of their technical team, and the app keeps bugging out with each update Shopify does and you then risk out on losing sales, so this is rather disappointing us none of my customers can use the PUDO Locker functionality to choose their own preferred locker.
Please update the app and update the guide as most of it is already outdated and no longer supported within Shopify.
The website and app are amateur looking and lack proper content to assist in installing the app. They do not have live support you need to email integrations@pudo.co.za for support but do not hold your breath. Also do not ask more than one question per email they will only answer the first question!
This integration is unusable, the script to confirm lockers has been depreciated, so half of the app is not working. The documentation is also terrible and lacks allot of info like the API servers to use for test and prod.
Its a real shame, as this does have allot of potential to save allot of time for store owners and customers. Lets hope they find the time to develop a proper integration soon. But for now we will have to do everything manually.
Works now, but still doesn't input phone number, address of client correctly. Creates a hassle & is unusable.
