The App is what you are looking for and more, and over all of that, you get AMAZING VERY LOVELY SUPPORT, I was working alongside Martin for the whole time and he was just top-notch, providing quick replies and help as well as step-by-step videos to get you going. I'm speechless about how great it gets!

A very attentive and very high level team. They are very applied in their work. I asked them to integrate an option to be able to publish the products of the other sellers in different sales channels, and they knew how to respond by programming the option in a short period of time. Its application works excellent. I recommend it 100%

Incredible app and team here at PuppetVendors. First off, the dashboards are so clean and easy to navigate for both Admin and Vendor. Customizations for your unique vendor portal are wonderful and the additional tools and settings really help make your use of the dashboard however you want. The team is also happy to help and very quick to respond. 12/10 would recommend!

It's ok, not that great for managing multiple vendors, but it is great responsive team. Had a trial version, sadly doesn't fully serve the purpose at the moment

We're still in the early stages of our e-commerce platform, so I can't give a detailed review of PuppetVendor yet. But so far, the app has been proving to be very helpful for us especially as a Marketplace. It helps us handle and manage the vendors we will have on our website and takes care of the systems (i.e. payouts) that would've been way more complicated had we done it manually.

This is a hidden gem of an app. I'm using it to build a marketplace. It's simple to use, packed with all the core features that you need to manage multiple vendors and the support team are great at listening to requests and continuously improving the app. I cannot recommend this app and the team enough.

Fantastic customer service. Always responsive to every message we send, and their team has an answer for every question we ask. The platform offers everything you need to start a multi-vendor marketplace. Their team is also always willing to make minor adjustments (if possible) to make the platform more seamlessly integrated with your services and branding. Better than all of the older, existing marketplace apps on the Shopify marketplace, with much more versatility to offer.

This App is excellent, it has excellent support, heaps of training videos, and heaps of information, on lots of topics, plus Kriang is always so helpful, he will set up Google Meet sessions, to help with any issues, and /or show you how to set up the Vendors, and the SKU or even other areas of Shopify, that you maybe having problems with. I asked 1 of our Vendors, what they thought of our Vendor Portal, this was their reply, "Honestly, as someone who places orders on the daily basis, I just say I really appreciate how clear it is! The product codes are all there, order number, colours and quantities, all easily visible and if need be the full description is right next to the product. I really enjoyed using it, I can copy and paste what I need to put into our system which makes it so much faster "

Absolutely amazing! The system works perfectly and for a reasonable price, the interface is much easier to use than other multivendor apps. If you want carrier calculated shipping I dont believe this has it but I may be wrong. However, everything is just plain amazing. Easy 5 stars

The number one app if you're looking to work with vendors on your website. This app provides your vendors with a dashboard of their sales, the possibility to add products, fulfill orders and so much more. They are continiously improving the app by adding new features and on top of that is their customer service always available to help you out when you do have some issues. Believe it or not, this review is almost the second I ever write in my life. Simply, 5 stars doesn't make any sense. If there are 1000 stars, I would like to give them 1000. When I choose an app from Shopify, I try to find out where the app was created, who made it, how often it updates, and even company information etc. This app is a really helpful app to start my business while I was starting Shopify. Thanks to this app, I am now moving towards a bigger goal. First of all, this app is really convenient to use. All of the basics are listed on the developer website that created this app. If you read the contents carefully and follow them, you can use a lot of functions without lacking any. Secondly, the help is amazing. If you have a problem you can't find on the developer website, just ask a support. They really explain easily and solve the problem. Most of all, they respond quickly, so it feels like I have a big backup in my business. It feels like they are working with my business together and being ready to help at anytime. Thirdly, this app has a lot of content. There are some content that is not ready yet, but after knowing what they are and when they will be updated, I have faith in this app. I am already looking forward to seeing how this app will help me in the future where I need it. Furthermore, I was also worried, but this app doesn't touch my coding in the coding part that a lot of people worry about. It's a fast and simple app. Finally, my customers also love this app. I think a business that needs vendors should care vendors more than anything else. Of course, there is still a little lacking, but it's an easy and convenient app for vendors to use. I had no problem with vendors when I was explaining them how to use the vendors' side and they also have no problem with it. I am sure my vendors will also love the upcoming features from this app. It's an app that has many advantages over disadvantages, and there are more things to talk about, but I'll just stop here. Extremely well though out app and unparalleled customer support from Kriang. I've been in business for 16 years and rarely came across this level of service. Tried and compared all the other apps in the marketplace for multi-vendor order fulfillment, commissions and payout... Don't waste your time like I did, get this one! It combines all the best features and then some for just a fraction of the price of its competing apps. Feels like a steal...

Works as intended. Simple interface to use and allows multiple vendors to get real time notifications on new sales as well as an option to log in and track commissions. There are a few minor quality of life things I'd like to see changed but overall the system is very solid and the math checks out as well - unlike some of the other apps available. Support is quick and goes the extra mile

This app is absolutely amazing and the team are super helpful! We have been using for just over a week and it's allowed us to launch an entire marketplace for over 50 vendors to manage and receive their own sale notifications. It's saved us a huge amount of time, and it was so easy to set up. Lots of new features coming too, it's a pleasure to use and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Best marketplace vendor payout app I've found so far, largely because of the customer service. I've reached out to Kriang to ask for a specific feature to manually override commissions from individual line items from an order, and he built it in less than a week. I couldn't believe the level of customer service! Extremely impressed, highly recommend this app to anyone needing a good portal to organize vendor payouts

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this program. Yes, it is a newer program, BUT, I've tried the others, and they are so difficult to use...They had too many features that weren't necessary, and this program just works! I had a ton of questions, but they made me a custom screen shot video, and answered them all. I felt so good about it, that I upgraded to the enterprise level while doing a live design meeting with their support. Speaking of support, you won't find much better support. They were even willing to reschedule a few times because my daughter fell ill, and worked around my schedule. They stayed up until almost 1:00 a.m. their time, and helped me through getting everything started! Thank you so much! I will come back and edit this once I have used it more, but so far, so good. Looking forward to the new and upcoming features!!!

I'm impressed with this app on so many levels. The UI/UX is very intuitive and clean from both the company dashboard and the vendor portal. The app is continually being updated with new features. Most importantly, the customer support has been extremely helpful. Although the app still has some missing features I'd like to see as compared to other apps, Kirang has been more than happy to explain what new features on the product roadmap was similar to what I was looking for, or even adding it to their future roadmap! Kirang always responded within the day, which gave me comfort that if I ever had an urgent issue, I'd be reassured that things would be resolved quickly. Great support and super smooth app where you can still use Shopify to add products and vendors, opposite to other multi vendor apps where you have to add/import your products through the app instead.
