So far we have been pleased with the app. it is so nice that we have Martin to work with to help make changes that we need, etc. it is nice that the company is welling to help and take our suggestions. can't wait for a few more of our suggestions to get finished.

I'm very happy with this software. I have a startup consignment shop and I am using this to track my customers inventory and the amount I owe each of them. It's an added bonus that they can log in and see what's sold, what items remain in the store, and details on what they're owed. I have around half of consignors sign up to see their online portal.
After assessing all multi-vendor marketplace apps available to enable that functionality on Shopify, I settled on using Puppet Vendors for my early-stage business purposes. The price is right to start with and will be quite reasonable as we grow, the built-in features are great, and there's a good deal of possibility for customizing the vendor experience. Perhaps most importantly, the team is committed to continually improving the app and are great with support requests. Thanks, Martin, for your help along the way.

Joel and Martin from Puppet Vendors are very wonderful to work with. I have been working with them for over three years now and they never fail to provide excellent customer service and fair resolutions. They strive to make their customers happy and are good people with a good knowledge of a multi vendor platform.
Having looked for many years, finding an inventory management system that provides access to multiple vendors, across various platforms is difficult. Puppet Vendors is a great tool to do this. Over time, they have worked hard to fix any bugs that have emerged and continue to work on further developing the app for new features.
I recommend to anyone to use Puppet Vendors.

Great app so far. Still need to use it a bit more to get a real idea. However its been everything i've been looking for. Great support too!
The app is very professional. You get a full on well built structure for your clients to manage their orders and products. The back end is great, from sending emails to clients to allowing them to register.. All good things honestly. Nothing to say so far.
Our business works with artisans and small business owners who sell their products via consignment through our store. Currently, we only operate a physical retail store (webshop is down the line) and I was thrilled when I came across Puppet Vendors as it seemed to be a perfect solution to our "how do we manage consignment vendors with Shopify" problem. This app, while still new and working out a few minor glitches, is amazing. It works exactly how we need, our vendors are happy to be able to access their sales reports online, and I don't know how we ever functioned without it.
Support (if you need it) is responsive and actually helpful. I repeat, ACTUALLY HELPFUL!
This app was designed with an understanding of consignment needs and it shows. We are able to attribute custom sales to vendors on the back end, make payout adjustments, easily set up commission fee structures and do so many other things that save us so much staff time.
FYI -we currently are only using the base product and that alone has made such a huge difference. We plan to add Payouts and Products soon once we have 100% vendor adoption in the vendor portal.
If you can make the monthly investment, this app is well worth it.
The issue has been resolved. My experience with Puppet Vendor's multi-vendor marketplace service has been mixed. Initially, the platform was invaluable as we expanded our business and onboarded more vendors. It streamlined our operations, and their customer service was responsive and helpful.
However, over the past three weeks, we have faced serious issues. The system has been running very slow, preventing our vendors from accessing the portal and severely hampering our ability to fulfill customer orders promptly. Despite ongoing communication with Puppet Vendor's support team, the problem remains unresolved.
Consequently, we are now exploring alternative vendors. While Puppet Vendor has its strengths, any new potential customers should exercise caution, especially if scalability and reliability are critical to their business.

UPDATE: The issue is now resolved. It was a user error where by the user uploaded logo size that was significantly larger than the dimension suggested by Puppet Vendors causing massive delays in load time. The PV team resized the logo for the user and fixed it.
