Easy Purchase Orders

Extremely helpful support - went well above and beyond.
And, this is the only app that I've found that allows me to automatically create draft orders with customer information that I can use to automatically send quotes to purchasers who require a formal quote prior to placing their order. This will be a huge time saver and, again, the support was top-notch.

We get super disappointed when something that wasn't broken is trying to be fixed. We had asked the developer 1 year ago to make us a reply email and as promised he/she did, from there we had no problem, we then find out that its been over 6 months that the customer cannot reply to our emails anymore and they have been sending emails to their email address and not ours. What a complete loss of sales, and for the developer to not let us know that the reply feature is gone, even through its on their app is unforgettable. We are deleting this app because we believe in transparency.

The ONLY solution that I have found to work accepting purchase orders. The support team was very helpful in setting it up to work appropriately on my site. A great solution for my needs that is sure to increase revenue making it easier for my school customers to place an order. I highly recommend.

##UPDATE - I have had several requests to adjust things on my custom theme and the team who supports this app has always responded quickly and willing to help however I need. Again I highly recommend!

Whether you use it for its actual intended purpose if you are selling products or it also, can be applied in other useful applications even if you are not selling products. This app is the only one we were able to find that was going to allow our customers to download their carts as a pdf quote, tied to our shopify draft order. This allows our customers to present a quote to their clients without going through the trouble of emailing our sales team. Jason at W3trends has been so helpful in setting up this app, we are in the final stages of having the app function well, but their prompt response and kind attitude has been a pleasure to work with.

If 6 stars were an option, I would choose it! I have never rec'd such timely and helpful answers from an app. I sell a product to schools/OT's and parents, so not only did I need an e-commerce site, I also wanted a way to track Purchase Orders through Shopify. This developer helped me accomplish a way to automatically send an estimate to a school so they could process a purchase order to place an order. Now on Shopify I can convert the estimate to invoices (in Drafts) and then create a label. All of my sales are now tracked in one place thanks to Easy Purchase Orders. Highly recommend!! Superb developer support! This app is affordable, does exactly what it's supposed to do and, most importantly, the support team is amazing. They have a request section to ask for specific implementations you would like to see in their app. They implemented one very crucial thing I needed for my store - if a customer is logged into their account and they click on the purchase order button, the field for email gets autofilled with their account email. I totally recommend this app and will def be using it for a long time!
