I have very recently set up my Shopify store and am still getting to grips with all it has to offer. From the reviews for Purple Dot I thought it would be the best app to use for pre-orders, plus I like how they just charge a fee for each sale and not a monthly subscription as many of the others I looked into. So far so good with this app. Customers were able to place a pre-order with no issues. I am currently waiting on inventory to arrive but I have faith that the process to fulfill orders will go smoothly.

Such an easy app tp install and get started. Literally took me 5 minutes. Love the interface. Didn't even have the need to contact support. Great job with this app guys. Can't wait to start fulfilling orders.
