QuickBooks Online Global

I was having difficulty with a couple of items syncing Quickbooks to Shopify. I connected through the online Chat with Rafael. He understood immediately what my issues were and resolved the situation quickly. Thank you Rafael and Quickbooks support.

We used the QBO Connector app to sync our Client's Shopify store with their QBO account. Ben assisted us where we had difficulty with syncing our transactions from Shopify. He was patient, helpful, professional. Thank you Ben.

I had trouble syncing my inventory to Quick Books from Shopify and ended up duplicating everything smh. I messaged in the chat box at the lower right hand corner of the screen and Ronnie was with me right away. Ronnie fixed the issue and unblocked my transactions from syncing as well.
