This app has excellent customer service. Rominick was very helpful and you can get a live person chatting with you in no time. The software is pretty user friendly especially for small business or e-commerce.

We thought we messed up our Quickbooks by syncing invoices instead of receipts but Sherwin in Customer Service helped us fix this issue.

We are still in the beginning stages of syncing our Shopify accounts to our QBO account. We have worked with several OneSaas representatives and they have all been very helpful & patient with us in this process. Their response time is great when you have an issue or question. Support tres efficace du connecteur. Utilisation simple meme si l'on de connait pas la comptabilié. Malheureusement QB disparait de France en 2024.
