Just did the onboarding and had to reach out to the customer support as I was facing a glitch, Rafael was very helpful and assisted me throughout the process until the issue was fixed.

Great help from Ronnie, he directly understood my problem and fixed it within minutes.

OForget the name of my helper might have been Nick? who ever it was, was a great help during my chat online, trying to uninstall my old app and installing the new app.
He was patient, and went well beyond to help me..
Could nott ask for a more suportive person or app.

He guided me through the process of integrating Shopify payment options, which I found a bit confusing. Quick and easy to install, Ronnie helped me via chat and explained the changes.
Ronnie also made sure all my previous settings were saved and applied to the new installation once done.
