I chatted with a customer service rep named Paul and he was quick to answer all of my questions to ensure that I was setup correctly to sync data from Shopify to QB

Super helpful with their support Karol, take about 10 mins to resolve the sync issue regarding to the create new product from Shopify and sync it to quickbooks.

I needed to add some historical data from shopify and I needed to do it quickly - SHERWIN on the live chat sorted everything for me and saved the day. I had tried to do this with another company and after days there was no progress at all just 1 live chat with Sherwin at 7pm and my problem was solved.
