I recently switched over from Bold connector to the Intuit connector for Shopify and I have never looked back. Support was incredible with Benielle taking the time with me to ensure proper set up for all of our store's connections. Would highly recommend this app, such a positive experience so far! Simply does not work. Incredible that a native app by QuickBooks fails to connect to QuickBooks, i tried 2 days not a single invoice or a costumer was imported.
I contacted Karol at QuickBooks online and she was fabulous! She got everything setup for the sync between QBO and Shopify. I would have never figured it out. So glad I had her. Thanks Karol :)
I recently purchased a business and had historical Shopify data to sync with QuickBooks Online. Troy was extremely helpful (and fast!) at getting this all updated for me. I'm honestly very surprised given I attempted this at 10:30pm a night. Wasn't expecting a quick chat bot to actually be helpful :) Saved me a huge headache. Thanks, Troy!

The app is brilliant and I cannot recommend the customer service team enough. I had some queries and Sherwin the agent I was dealing with could not have been more helpful. Solved all my problems and made the whole process so straight forward.
