Great app, needed a little help back syncing and was helped by Ben in a few minutes to get it done, great service!

I was about to connect it and got confused with all the stuff I could connect and sync. I noticed there was a chat bot, so I chatted in and chatted with Troy. He was super fast and extremely helpful!
He asked what I wanted, and he ended up doing all the work for me on his end and got everything synced that I wanted synced.
