I had some issues with my Shopify sales invoices not coming through to QBO. Thankfully Clarisse was able to assist and sort out the issue promptly. Thank you Clarisse!

Ronnie was very helpful in helping me to clean up my account. There were some errors made when we first set it up but they helped me to understand how to remove the old data and change over to a better system for us, including letting me know that if I want my sales tax info to be right, I need to use Orders instead of Payouts, SO HELPFUL!
