I have dealt with Sherwin many times as I've incurred syncing errors and Sherwin responds instantly, is kind and courteous and resolves my issues in minutes. That kind of support is really hard to come by these days and makes a huge difference in running my business. Support is really, really important and is outstanding.
We had an integration error which was quickly resolved by our support tech Ben. Ben was very helpful in identifying and correcting the error and super nice throughout the process. Super helpful and recommend the product and support (specifically Ben)!
Love the Chat on the portal, It's nice to get help right away instead of waiting on a phone. Sherwin was helpful in helping me figure out reports between QBO and Shopify.
