Wonderful experience. Not only is the app very intelligent the customer service is even better. They're always there to help with fast and knowledgable service to resolve issues on the spot. I am using Quickbooks Online with a POS Shopify and had trouble with syncing the two using the Application QuickBooks Connector which is QuickBooks Online Global on Shopify. I"'ve had some trouble with the syncing and tried the chat to figure it out. Sherwin was my helper and he was amazing. He fixed all my issues! I'm relieved to have the syncing issues gone.

Thanks for Rom sorting sync issue, love this App there are only two things that can improve:
1. Often Sales do not sync to Quickbooks from Shopify because "someone was editing in Quickbooks" as reason
2. Sometimes if there was a change in SKU code after linking, you can not sync but I just contact customer support and they resolve.
Will be good to have the option to re-link products myself this way I can do this on a monthly basis.

This app seems to be working well, though it would be helpful if it could send updates to QBO more frequently than once per hour. Every 5 or 10 minutes would be nice as it would help keep information more timely.

I had an issue with the Shopify fees not coming over to QBO. I started a chat with Karol and she literally took care of it in less than two minutes!!
