We have been using this app for quite some time now. We had a very good experience with it. The dashboard is very interactive and easy to use. The customer service has been excellent. Shruti and Nikhil have been very supportive throughout! They keep updating their features and services. I look forward to new and awesome additional features!

I have been using GrayFox account for email marketing & automated campaign creation. The UI is really simplified and easy to understand. They have incorporated AI capability which helps me to send hyper-personalized offers to my customers. The icing on the cake is their customer service. They are prompt and provides support going beyond their usual working hours to meet my needs. I have benefited a lot from this app. Totally a worthy one and a good compete for Klaviyo
I was looking for a nice app for email marketing but most apps are very expensive. I got this app which is equally nice and user friendly. The customer support is very eager to help. They have very good professional looking templates.
The best APP I ever saw on the Shopify store in terms of campaign automation cart abandoned, upsells, or anything you wanna custom. You can segment your clients as you wish/need and target them as the biggest chain companies are doing... a lot of possibilities to set up your strategies and email campaigns offer. This APP is 100% customizable..is just unlimited!

I have had this app for almost a month and just started to use it. Their customer service is really good and quick. The training session was clear. I think it is an app with a lot of potential. Update: I decided to delete the app because their messages were going to Junk and the options for surveys and automation were very limited. However, I still believe it has a lot of potential.
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM, THEY ARE GOING TO TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS APP!!! If I could give ZERO Stars I would. First of all the APP says FREE! I downloaded it, imported my customers and attempted to set up a workflow, the workflow never worked, I have many pictures to prove it; so nothing was ever sent to me or my customers. THIS APP DID NOTHING. I attempted to edit the workflow and still nothing. Two days later I am being charged $50 and $356 so $406 for nothing. I contacted the APP and Shopify to handle this, I also called my bank and my bank told me that they will not authorize this charge. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE, THIS IS A SCAM. UPDATE: THIS COMPANY EMAILED ME APOLOGIZING FOR THE FALSE CHARGES AND LEFT ME VMS AND EMAILS. THEY ATTEMPTED TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT $9.67, I DID NOT EVEN KNOW THEY WERE TRYING TO TAKE ANOTHER $9.67 ON TOP OF THE $406!!!! THEY ARE STILL ATTEMPTING TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT THE $406 DOLLARS ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! THIS IS 100% A SCAM COMPANY, THEY ARE ALSO TRYING TO CONVINCE ME TO REMOVE MY COMMENT. MY BANK WILL NOT APPROVE ANY CHARGES FROM SHOPIFY UNTIL THEY STOP TRYING TO STEAL FROM ME.
