Poor customer service, no response to my email related to unsynced orders.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the order sync issue and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
We received your email late Friday and reviewed the matter at the earliest opportunity. Upon investigation, we found that one order did not sync due to an error returned from QuickBooks. The issue has now been resolved, and our team has shared the detailed explanation with you via email.
Additionally, we have implemented an enhancement so that if this specific sync error occurs again in the future, our app will automatically attempt a resync to help prevent similar situations.

The customer service is amazing! We have had a few minor things arise and they have always been on top of things, providing help and fixing the issue. Highly recommend!!!

This app has been an incredible time saver. Reconciling orders at month end/year end is seamless. Their customer service is remarkable. They provide detailed explanations and help to problem solve any issue that may arise. I ran into some challenges when I updated my QuickBooks program, and Mahek and his team were a tremendous help. I would recommend this app( more importantly the customer service/personel running it) to anyone.
They have been very helpful through email in setting up the app to work the way we needed, and also helpful when switching to new computer. Highly recommend.
Easily moves transactions and purchase orders in QBD from Shopify. App staff is great with helping setup. Made the transition to Shopify POS great.
The developers of this app are very easy to work with when you have questions or concerns with connecting Shopify to QB Enterprise. They made sure everything worked correctly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this app and this group of developers! This app has been the highlight of using Shopify!
Update 6/26/2024 - I had issues when I moved QB Desktop to a new device. Working with this group was easy. We connected, and they had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. This is an awesome group to work with whether its for setup or troubleshooting issues. They are awesome!!!!!
The customer service is top notch, as the Parex team has solved all the issues/problems that have come up. The App does what we need it to, every now and then there are issues, which seem to stem from the QuickBooks side. Thankfully, the support is great.
This application is functioning well. We have a complex amount of data to move regularly across these platforms. The service and response times have been on point and bring resolve. Good product. Open minded approach to adjust as needed by the individual business model.
We are very pleased with this app. It works as described in sync’g Shopify orders into QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop. The support folks are great, very responsive and easy to work with! Will recommend to others.
