QuickSync for WooCommerce

QuickSync has been a great tool so far, and the support experience has been excellent. We had a few setup questions while syncing products from Shopify to WooCommerce, specifically around SKUs, stock, and pricing. Jayson was incredibly helpful, patient, and clear throughout the process.

He quickly identified that our duplicate SKUs were causing sync issues, explained how QuickSync uses SKUs to match products between stores, and gave us practical options to fix the problem without making things more complicated. His support was friendly, professional, and reassuring, which made the whole troubleshooting process much easier.

Avoid this app if you're looking for a reliable sync between Shopify and WooCommerce.

Unfortunately, choosing this app has been one of our biggest mistakes. We experience issues every single week, including major stock discrepancies between Shopify and WooCommerce, failed order synchronizations, and random errors that occur without any clear reason.

These problems cost us many hours every week to investigate and resolve. Instead of saving time through automation, this app has created a significant amount of extra work and frustration for our team.

Looking back, I genuinely wish we had chosen a different synchronization solution. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this app to businesses that rely on accurate inventory and order synchronization.

We're in the process of moving away from this solution, and hopefully we won't need this app for much longer.

Super quick responses. As soon as I started up the app, support was immediately reaching out to see if they could help me get it setup correctly. Working Great so far. Only a few days into using it but its the only way to be able to run a WooCommerce Front end and a mostly Shopify Backend while I am trying to get the Shopify Front End ready for PrimeTime over the next couple of months.

This app firstly is fantastic. It allows me to work on a new platform and pull through on my older more established platform, this makes repetitive work a thing of the past. Nice and simple integration, could make linking unmatched products a little easier, but as long as SKU's match or importing products straight over works like a charm!

Also the customer service is super helpful, Omar was proactive and very helpful and went out of his way to provide top tier service, very fast aswell!

This app is just what we are looking for, ticks all the boxes, reasonable price and the support to get set up and running is faultless. Omar opened a chat with me as soon as I started setting up the app and has asked me what I would like it to do, and then gone away and set it all up for me to make sure it works as expected. Arianne was so helpful, responsive, and patient with me, given the complexity and difficulty of the migration process I am trying to undertake (~20,000 products).

She was happy to answer any questions I had, and if she wasn't sure, she
referred my questions onto one of the development team to get back to me with an answer/solution.

Generally speaking, this app delivers on what it advertises. I am still yet to have a completely successful integration, but this is not at the fault of QuickSync, and appears to be entirely at the fault of my hosting provider (Cloudways).
