The app stopped working and I wasn't even informed, they charged me the money for 2 months.
We acknowledge the issue that you had faced with our App. However, we were never intimated about this issue that you're facing even after having a WhatsApp group between the teams. Further, the payments are being processed through Shopify and once the paid plan is subscribed to, the billing would get charged automatically every month (similar to any other subscription product), unless the issue is being raised to us from your end.
Please note that If you're facing any issue with our products or the dashboard, our customer support team is available anytime to help resolve issues of any extend that you're facing.
