We had so many issues and re-piblishing all items for many times. Everytime republishing them, the photo images are gone and need to fixx them. Finally Byward Support fixed issue and I would liketo give 5 stars for it. Unfortunately for the system I cannot give 5 stars.
Just recently though, customer support level got improved much comparing to before. App works stable although it takes a little bit of time to get used to how it works or how to setup. Overall, without this app, integration with Rakuten would be much more complicated to setup. So it made the integration easier, and we appreciate it.

必須属性関連がとにかくバグだらけ。
楽天のSKU必須属性を入力しても翌日には消えていることもあり、そもそも楽天に転送する段階で入力していた金額などの情報も全てごっそり抜け落ちるようなバグもあります。
必須属性に対応したかと思えば入力項目ごと消えたりもするので、
ロールバック勝手にしてるのか疑うレベルですが告知もなにもないのでバグに振り回される始末
対策として必須属性を楽天市場で入力したとしても、Shopify側から楽天商品を値段変更すると楽天市場で入力した必須属性は全て消えます。致命的ですね。
追記
バルクエディターの一括編集の挙動が絶望的。もはや壊れている
入力中にリストが表示されなくなり、すべての入力データが飛ぶ症状が多発。
また、商品属性の入力値をうまく参照できないのか、一発で読み込まない。(一度商品番号で商品を読み込んでから、再度同じ商品番号で読み込むと商品属性の内容も表示される)
デバイスを変えても変わらないためアプリ上のエラーかと思われる。
リリース前にテストやデバッグはしていないのでしょうか?

This person, Monica Rondera from Rakuten Ichiba contacted me to offer Rakuten services and I wrote a reply back but they never bothered to get back to me. So I felt it is already a bad service. I was going to join Rakuten IChiba but it seems their service staff is rude or lazy with no replies so I give up.
Very undeveloped app with huge number of bugs. Help desk is not responsive (I think it does not even exist). Almost useless...
