Installed across multiple stores of ours without our knowledge and set to charge, support email is a dead end, 100% a scam.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our app cannot install itself; installation requires authorization from a store owner or a staff account with app permissions. Any trial or charge is displayed and approved through Shopify during installation.
