We are a new company and wanted an all-in-one system for handling our returns. We are loving the ease of use for our customers with the new ReadyReturns portal. The onboarding team was incredibly helpful and got us set up fast. Looking in to exploring ReadyShipper, their shipping option next. Definitely worth checking out!

Worst app experience EVER. I have been charged for 3 months without ever using the app. I have sent messages, made requests, looked up how to turn it off. No response. NONE. I can't even send a message to customer service bc I haven't signed in for 2 months.
We have been using for READYCLOUD for a few years prior to the their recent shopify app launch, and it has been a very positive experience. Shipping is easy, our returns process has been streamlined, and the we have seen an increase in customer satisfaction using this platform. We are happy customers!
