Reaktion: Tracking & Analytics

We like Reaktion overall and the platform has a lot of potential, but there are some frustrating limitations that significantly affect our day-to-day use.

The reporting interface is quite restrictive when working with larger amounts of data, and the custom reporting lacks flexibility for more complex setups. We have also encountered cases where suggested workarounds simply do not achieve what we need, including when working with data across different advertising channels.

What is most frustrating is that we have raised several of these limitations and feature requests directly with the team, but some remain unresolved months later, with limited communication around whether or when they will be addressed.

Reaktion is a useful platform, but for larger ecommerce businesses the current reporting limitations can become a real bottleneck. We hope these issues are prioritized, as addressing them would make a significant difference to the product.

Super friendly and helpful customer service. Quick to respond and do their best to assist with whatever questions you may have. Technically the tracking is solid as well.

Reaktion is the most complete tracking suite we’ve tried. It makes it incredibly easy to track everything throughout our operation, and the clarity it provides has been a game-changer for our team. Great tool!

It gives you better tracking than a "standard" setup, but most important for us - it has great dashboards and a nice overview based on all data you have.

It makes it easier to analyze and take good choices!

As a startup the $75 fee looks expensive and scary. But the support you get on setting everything up, and to learn and understand the ad results so much better makes this a NO-BRAINER to get!
Not only does it allow me to get a daily overview of all my ad sources, it also enables me to list the actual conversion metrics back into the adsmanagers. It's a game changer to actually see how the performance is and be able to take action directly in meta.
Don't hesitate to reach out to them, I've gotten excellent help that aids my revenue and profits!

Honestly great analytics system. They've done a really great job.
However, I cant give 5 stars

It loses 1 star because there is no way to export reports
And 1 star due to the lack of custom automated email reports

This service has helped us so much. It has given us a super good overview of our marketing initiatives and what works. We have been able to analyze our sales much more efficiently and have been able to screw up our activities where we know it makes sense - backed by data. I can only recommend anyone with a webshop to use this app!
