Record & Replay, LeadReplay

I must say that even though this app is free it's not even recommended we had this app on our store it use to show recordings and suddenly it stops showing the recordings. The worst part support don't even respond to their live chat messages ya'll need lot's of improvement of the services offered!

App had potential. It worked the first day I downloaded it and then all of a sudden it stopped allowing me to watch recordings. I cleared my cache and checked different browsers and devices. It just doesn't work. I started a chat with Max P, who seemed to want to help but after he realized it simply was not working, he dropped off the chat and began to ignore (or not respond) to my messages. I'll have to keep looking for a different app.

less struggle for guesswork :) Please, make the Inercom integration as soon as possible
