About Rectify ‑ Edit products option
What is the problem:
Currently on your store if your customers want to edit an option of one of the products they added to their cart they need to: 1. Delete the product from cart 2. Find again the product they wanted 3. Go to that product 4. Select the options they want 5. Add to cart 6. Go to cart and checkout
This way of "editing" a product is really time consuming and can turn off some of your customers with the risk of abandoning their cart.
Let your customers edit any product options quickly and pain free. Our app will add a simple EDIT button beside each product in your cart.

I installed this back in August, it's now November that I'm writing this. That's how much patience I've had with the app creator... only to end with him NOT providing a fix, NOT responding to emails anymore, and NOT issuing a refund. This app does NOT work with personalized products, and that is not stated ANYWHERE on this app page. I have NEVER seen an app that is NOT compatible with personalized products *NOT* have a disclaimer right on the app page. It is pretty standard to have disclaimers written on your app page, but apparently this app creator thinks he's exempt from that. After emailing the creator he said he was willing to fix it, but his "fix" meant that people could write in text freeform on fields that are dropdown boxes. We use dropdown boxes for a reason, so that someone cannot choose something that doesn't exist. Why in the world you would think it's acceptable to give them a freeform text box is beyond me. Anyways, after giving him WAY more than ample time to fix it, he never did, he stopped responding to emails, and won't even refund the $50 one time charge cost. I've used plenty of apps before, this might even be my first review in the app store period, but this is a great example of what drives bad reviews. You've been warned!
We have had this app for a while. I don't give reviews until I have used it in our business.
The app has performed exactly as described. I have required support a few times, and they have responded in a timely manner. You receive a support ticket right away. I have never waited long to have a solution to issues. Those issues have been our fault each time and not the apps.
This app has exceptional value!
It is a one time fee for a solution that is greatly needed. You don't want your clients wasting time messing with their carts and getting frustrated at the end of the sale cycle.
