Their returns and exchange portal is seamless for our customers and has cut down so much of the back-and-forth with support. Fulfillment is smoother, faster, and more accurate. Honestly, I’m in another situation where severe mistakes on the REDO team’s side has lost me thousands of dollars in returns reimbursements. I’ve been with REDO (switched from Loop) about two years now, and while the team is friendly and always “says” their sorry, the truth is they have zero accountability and are always trying to sell you their latest product. To me, they are a company that is trying to do too much too fast and have hired a bunch of young guys who want to feel like they’re part of a startup but can’t even answer simple questions about whether a product is still available or not.
