Honestly, blown away by the customer support and their efficiency and speed!! AI chatbot started the chat, but very soon after Tinh- an agent on the chat joined and was incredibly helpful. Helped me to change the colour of the play button of my UGC video carousel, gave advice and guided me through all the steps i needed. Very impressed. Thank you.
