Wir setzen Relevanz seit mehreren Monaten bei Damastshop.de ein und sind absolut begeistert von den Ergebnissen. Das Besondere an dieser App: Sie holt durch gezieltes Retargeting mehr aus unserem bereits vorhandenen Traffic heraus und sorgt so für einen zusätzlichen Uplift über alle Marketingkanäle hinweg.
Unser aktueller ROAS liegt in den Kampagnen bei 6,5 und steigt weiter – bei einem monatlichen Spend von rund 3.000 €. Dank Relevanz schaffen wir es, aus dem bestehenden Traffic zusätzliche Conversions zu erzielen, was die App für uns zu einem echten Gamechanger macht.
Für alle, die ihren Onlineshop effizienter machen wollen: Relevanz ist einfach zu bedienen, die Kosten sind überschaubar, und die Chancen auf starkes Wachstum durch Retargeting sind enorm. Absolut empfehlenswert!
Die App war leicht zu installieren und hat sofort losgelegt, es ist nichts weiter zu tun. Wir haben in der 30 Tage Testphase die einen nichts kostet und in der man gratis Guthaben erhält entgegen unserer Erwartung einige Sales gemacht, nachdem wir uns die Auswertung angeschaut haben. Einige andere Apps haben nicht funktioniert, vielleicht weil der Fokus eher auf den USA liegt. Insofern eine Empfehlung für jeden Shopbetreiber und Budget haben wir nun erhöht!
Leider sehr untransparent, was Werbeanzeigen und Klicks angeht. Eigene Werbematerialien zu verwenden, ist nahezu unmöglich, da ansehnliche Grafiken, aufgrund von viel zu geringer Dateigrößenvorraussetzung nicht realisierbar sind. Optische Einstellmöglichkeiten für Anzeigen sind leider furchtbar und nicht zeitgemäß. Dies spiegelt sich auch in den Klicks wieder.
