Great Customer experience. Thank you for your support. We've been using it for a very long time for our email marketing and it has proved effective.

We tried several email automation apps, and settled on Remarkety.

After running it for close to a year, we've found that its combination of abandoned cart emails, coupon popups, review requests and customer re-activation campaigns is directly responsible for about a 15% revenue boost.

If you're bringing in around $20K/mo, that'd mean an extra $3K.

The areas it excels are tight integration with Shopify, really solid Analytics, intelligent suggestions and ease of setting up rule-based campaigns, many of which are pre-defined and ready to go.

The only area of frustration we've found is in design customizability. However, it looks like they've made some progress there, and there are more options today than when we first started using the app.

As far as I'm concerned, remarketey is the best-in-class appp for this functionality.

Remarkety is a great service. We have been using it since May of 2014 and it has generated just over $23,000 in sales for us. Support is also great!

Finally decided to give the app a try today, cool concept however ran into some issues that made it a deal breaker for us.

Did not handle multiple stores very well, almost send a newsletter to the wrong store. Had to call support to clear up and get correct store shown on account. They were helpful.

The main issue is the email template editing, it caused my chrome browser to crash over 5 times. Currently I am unable to save my campaign. I decided to leave the review in hopes these issues will be fixed for other users. Wasted over an hour today trying to build the same template 5 times. This is an hour I won't get back and now need to skip lunch to get this done with another app.

fantastic customer support team and would highly recommend getting a success manager if you are not all that familiar with email marketing. They really help you with your email marketing strategies.

This app is worth every penny. Scrap your abandoned cart app and any other customer service app that you use for order follow up and grab Remarkety. It will pay for itself three times over.

I would highly recommend this app to any eCommerce website owner. From day one we have seen results thru the use of this app. This app is a great powerful tool to keep your customer engaged with your website. Also the support staff are great.
