Peek! ‑ Better Replay & Survey

I'm new to this app just check this out and i will see what happen. I like the idea of seeing what customer do on your website.

It records the sessions but all the information is wrong. I know for a face a customer was local in MS and it has Illinois. It also always says new customer even if the customer is repeat. Recording info is useless if i cannot correctly identify locations of where my customers are coming from. It kept saying Quebec and other places that I do not sell to. I was about to try to start selling there but now i cannot trust the accuracy of this app. I'm going to delete and choose another app. I wished it worked.

Great app! Would love to see session outcome to see which are worth viewing (cart, homepage, purchase. etc.)

Great app take time to get first actual record set it up and leave it for a day then come back and see what is causing people to stop

Absolutely fantastic tool. It's literally one of those app that you didn't know you needed, but when you see it in action, you automatically get it!

i like the app, helps me with see and knowing what my customers are doing and not doing, also being free really helps at this stage in my business

It works as it should and it is free! I don't have any problems with the app. It is also very fast. Install it :)
