This software has malicious deductions. I originally chose a package of $29/month, but I was charged $249 in one month. The relevant page does not explain how these extra fees are deducted, nor how the excess is deducted, and the money is deducted privately. Really solid app. We used the free version for some time, but it was so good we decided to upgrade. It's worth it. You'll learn really useful things from watching the recordings that will help you know where to improve your site.
They changed the interface and now you have to accept the paid plan to be able to installed it. Even if it is written FREE at the shopify store.
After they say you can change on the app. But you are still obbliged to agree on the paid plan otherwise you cannot access the platform. Be aware if you are installing it.

This app does exactly what it promises to do! Although some features are limited, it's awesome that Peek offers free plan for starter to test it out. Live chat is also responsive and helpful. I'd recommend this app for all new/small businesses.
