Had a load of error lines come up during installation which should have been a red flag. Subscribed to automate optimisation but the app couldn't find any images. Wasted a few pounds finding that out!

we updated our server to more powerful server so it came with new hardware and new set of softwares and it caused some issue, we received your review and fixed the issue that images are not appearing and fixing the balance part and your full refund is on the way and thanks for reporting the issue, we will be happy to offer you pro plan free for 6 months once we fix all issues within 24 hours. deeply apologies for issues
