I am literally in awe of the customer support behind this app. First of all,I asked them if the option for "price drop" could be toggled off and only use "restock alert" on out of stock products,and they immediately applied this change to the app.
Second,I asked them if we could get more info about the customer other than "email" like their Whatsapp number,and they also added this immediately! (could be toggled off and on too)
Last but not least,I had a small issue with customers recieving the "back in stock email" automatically,and they also fixed it...
This app I will use it for as long as I am a working person ;) I really recommend it.
Thank you so much for the wonderful review! Your ideas for the price drop toggle and the WhatsApp field made Restock Alert better for every merchant, and we're glad the email issue is sorted. We're always here if you need anything, and we're happy to have you with us for the long run ;)
