App is good, SMS recovery is really helpful, but some things needed addressed on my end with the app. Needed support to answer some questions but haven't been able to get in contact. Would love to hear back from support - if we were to get this resolved, app would definitely get a high rating from me
Hello, Even after 3 days of asking for support I have not received any help. we installed the Restxre SMS Text Marketing app for our store which is catering to the Indian market and whose selling currency is in INR. However, we noticed that we have been billed in the USD. Our transactions which were in INR were captured in USD which is completely unacceptable and unethical. Our transactions of rs 3,000 were calculated as USD 3000 and were billed upon USD 3000. We don't mind paying the charges , if only they are in INR. Please fix this bug in the app. Thank you Edit: ive sent a email however its been 3 days no reply.

Switched from SMS Bump to this and stayed. SMS bump is great and the ROI is still there, but you can't personalize messages to every customer. If you run any brand that is customer-obsessed, use this app. The agents speak fluent English (important), and treat your customers like a king! UX is good too, native to shopify platform. Recommend Tier 2 plan to start.
