I love this app. We've been using CutOutWiz for some time. I am continually impressed with the results and stellar customer support.
We've really enjoyed working with CutOutWiz and would highly recommend. Very reliable turnaround time (always receive images before 8AM the following day) + great support; always pay close attention to our directions + comments.
For context: We recently redesigned our site and most of our old products were shot on a 255 white background. We don't shoot products on pure white background anymore but CutOutWiz masked all of our old products and exported transparent in order for us to overlay them on a light gray to be more consistent with our new products.
I have been using this service to remove the background for my jewelry images. They also do retouching and putting the image on a white background.
They are fast, talented, and the customer service is top notch.
I highly recommend them!

The team at CutOutWiz is excellent. I inherited a store with thousands of images with dirty backgrounds and watermarks. I needed to fix these up. The team at CutOutWiz added features to the app quickly at my request (as I needed to filter by SOH) and processed all my images super quickly, with great quality. Amazing work and amazing support.
I did a test of different clipping services. I sent the same images to Cutout Wiz and Path Edits, to compare side-by-side results. Cutout Wiz did OK, but their images were not quite as clean as Path Edits. But BEWARE Cut Out Wiz is a scam!!! Here is their actual company info: THE KOW COMPANY LIMITED WEBSITE: WWW. THEKOWCOMPANY.COM NAVANA-DH TOWER, PLOT-6, PANTHAPATH, PS-TEJGOAN, DHAKA-1215. This fraudulent company will scam you. Their invoicing is handled very strangely! They will email you bogus invoices asking for payment. I tested them out in August and promptly paid for the images that they cut out for us through their PayPal account. But I wasn't planning to use them again so I deleted the app and stopped using their service altogether. They then emailed me a BOGUS invoice on December 2 for $79.98, and another BOGUS invoice on December 5 for $36.89. These people are either exceptionally stupid, or corrupt. Avoid!

The situation that has unfolded is truly unfortunate, we would like to explain things from our end to rectify any misconception you may have against us. To start off, we never send invoices to our Shopify clients as they get an automated invoice through the app. We send invoices to our clients who order through our website and every client who orders through our website gets a generated name or code. In your case, the order you placed in August was through our website and your code was 773.
With that being said, the main problem that occurred which caused this issue was a typo between code 773 and 733 for which reason you received an invoice that was not yours in the first place. While we have already sent you a detailed email explaining the situation and we would like to address this issue here again. We are saddened by the discomfort you have faced.
We would also like to clear any area of misinterpretation about our company, The KOW Company ltd. is the parent company that offers many services under its umbrella such as CGI/ 3D modeling, desktop publishing, and image & video post-production. CutOutWiz is a company under the KOW Company ltd. which is specialized in image and video editing part.
We always value our clients and their feedback and we endeavor to be better every day, the problem that has occurred was a human error and we will ensure that this does not happen again.
