Incredibly easy to set-up and by far the BEST customer support team you can find. If you're looking for a return platform to easily handle customer returns this is the one!

I had a great onboarding experience with Junessa. She answered all my questions and helped me setting up the returns portal for my shop. RetunrGo is a great app with many features and fair pricing. Only in design I find they could improve a little bit.

We've tested the most popular app and the RETURNGO is definitely the BEST. it gives the option to split btwn US and international rules, it gives the option to select ether store credit / refund / exchange. i wish we'd discovered this app months ago it would have save us a lot of time and money. highly recommended and can't wait for all the next great features their working on.
