We looked at a number of competitors and other options, and ReturnGO was simply the best fit for our Shopify store. The return rules, restocking fees, shipping methods, automation options, and separate portals for returns and warranties make it extremely flexible.

For what it does, the pricing is ridiculous. I have the premium plan and you cannot even close returns automatically, you have to get two addons to do that. So instead of bulk closing returns, you have to go one by one, talk about "automations"...
