I have checked your site and notice 2 pieces of code related to Etsy, these are not from our app - you would need to discuss this with the developers in question. You uninstalled our app on 4th July, there wouldn't be any code as the app is a Shopify 2.0 block - once the app is uninstalled there is nothing left on your site.
