Very good app. I use this daily to schedule my local deliveries. Customers get tracking updates and the customers do use the tracking as occasionally one will contact us to ask if it could be delivered later or whatever. You can also take a photo of the delivery if it has been left somewhere if needed. also, it reminds customers they have a delivery coming and a rough timeit will be delivered, how many stops away we are etc. From a drivers perspective, i find it easy to use and it saves me loads of time manually planning routes. i can easily change the order of the manifest too when planning.
