easy to use product, and awesome customer service!

i am brand new to this app (and ecommerce in general), and
i found the app to be highly intuitive and easy to set up and use...

then on the weekend when i was running a sale, the app stopped working... and i couldn't figure out why (i was tinkering with the settings...)

so i emailed them, and even though it was a weekend and technically not their working hours (they work Japan time), i got a reply within an hour of my email to them...

this type of customer service is just amazing, and i rate them 5 stars for being the real deal!
