Brilliant! We are all tied to our Slack, of course. I have just recently installed a pre-order app and we couldn't find a simple way to notify my team when a pre-order was received, since we process orders inside of our ERP, not looking at Shopify unless needed.

Lighthouse offers an elegant fix - in 2 minutes, I set up an easy trigger for IF order has Tag = Pre-order, THEN Slack my preferred channel. My CS team can now use this Slack note to look at the order. Next up: triggers for Fraud alerts, unusual countries or order amounts, etc.
