I LOVED this app until it stopped working! Updated my theme and all the labels disappeared. Can't even get the back end admin to work.

Hello, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced.
We had a difficult time and the app was down for a period of time. I know it was a bad experience. We now have a professional team and are always ready to resolve customer issues as quickly as possible. Please give us another chance to work with you.
Thank you very much.
